This policy explains what information Sardar Driving School receives when you request a lesson through this website and how that information is used.
Information you provide
The booking form asks for your name, phone number, email address, lesson type, preferred date and time, transmission preference, and any optional notes you choose to include.
How your information is used
Your details are used to review and respond to your lesson request, contact you about availability, and coordinate the requested lesson. Please do not include sensitive information in the optional notes field.
Storage and access
Booking requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used by this website. Access to the booking list is restricted to an authenticated administrator. Cloudflare provides the hosting and database infrastructure needed to operate the site.
Cookies and external links
The public booking form does not require an account. The admin area uses a necessary session cookie when an administrator signs in. This website also links to Facebook; when you follow that link, Facebook’s own privacy terms apply.
Website assistant
The optional chat assistant provides preset information in your browser. Messages are not sent to an AI service or saved by this website. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information into the chat.
Retention and your requests
Booking requests are retained in the booking database. This website does not currently publish a fixed deletion schedule. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact Sardar Driving School using the contact details below. Requests may need to be verified before action is taken.
